To carry out the selected projects BIC offers a refinement and follow-up process including the following phases:
1. BIC assessment
Technical and economic estimation of the project, on the basis of which projects suitable for the planning phase are selected.
2. BIC plan
A plan of business and realisation for the project is compiled in collaboration with the customer.
3. BIC implementation
Bringing the prepared business plan to fruition as an incubator programme of a beginning enterprise or as a development programme of an exististing enterprise.
